When you fill out a form, book a discovery call, or become a member, we collect information you provide directly. That includes things like your name, email address, shop name, phone number, and payment information.
We use that information to communicate with you, process your membership, deliver your content and resources, and improve what we offer over time.
We also collect basic data about how people use our website. This includes things like pages visited, time on site, and what device or browser you're using. We use this to understand what's working and what isn't. We don't use it to follow you around the internet.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to how your payment data is handled on their end.
Email and Communications
If you sign up for our email list, book a call, or become a member, you'll hear from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Transactional emails related to your membership (receipts, account updates, resource delivery) are not optional because they're how we actually run the service.
Who We Share Your Information With
We use third-party tools to operate Florist Fuel. Those tools may have access to your information as part of how they work. This includes platforms like GoHighLevel (our member portal and CRM), Stripe (payments), and standard email and scheduling tools.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others are used for analytics so we can understand how people are using the site. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser if that's something you care about. We're not doing anything unusual here.
